240SX Coupe, with ill-fitting front bumper and air dams all around...
or:
Jeep Cherokeeamino Exo-Cage
[UPDATE] I'm both surprised and pleased that most of you picked the correct answer: the Jeep.

Jeep. Drive it until it breaks(a couple of days of fun), then off to CL.

Jeep because then shopping carts can't hurt my vehicle.

Jeep. Perfect for the terrain where I live. Except, maybe, a full-on rock crawler...

240, but I couldn't feel okay driving either of them. I'd be a massive poser with the Jeep, or a massive ricer with the Nissan.

240. Take off the bumpers and body kit crap and go full on drift m!ssile, yo.

General rule of thumb is to never ever buy someone else's project car.

jeep, add a cow pusher made out of fence, add some rebar and chicken wire windows, spray paint it mat black, give it a big snorkel and cut the muffler off because why not! Then you have an awesome zombie survival car :)

Jeep all day. That looks like all sorts of fun. The 240 looks like a headache.

Do not underestimate the sick drift advantages of spray-painting your side marker lights.

Easily the Nissan, it may look dodgy, but can be de-modified much easier.
That, and the driveability of it is not compromised by the mods like the Jeep.
